So they tested it and it turned out it was faulty. They sold me the right part and had no issue with me asking a myriad of questions. Will always use them from now on. Electrex facilitated a repair via an associate company in the Netherlands. The part was back with me in super quick time as good as new for perhaps a quarter of the potential price at main dealer. Superb communication throughout, would recommend without reservation.
